Mama Naija is an independent initiative operated by Goldenseal OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia, as a node of the Mama Africa AI Network. It is proposed to the institutions, foundations and people of Nigeria in a spirit of partnership, and is not a government service.

Mama Naija provides conversational AI assistants — Mama Nigeria and the Pr. Obasanjo AI twin — reachable by text or voice, covering education, health information, agriculture, business, culture and civic life.

Responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. They are general information only and are not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter.

The Pr. Obasanjo AI twin is an educational tribute built to keep an elder’s public record and vision accessible. It is a simulation and does not speak on behalf of H.E. Olusegun Obasanjo or any institution.

Guests may try the platform without an account. Creating a free account with an email address and a password unlocks continued conversation, history and personalised memory.

You must give accurate information, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for individuals; you must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms, and minors should use the platform with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

You agree not to use Mama Naija to:

• spread hatred, ethnic, religious or regional division, or incite violence;
• harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any person or institution;
• break Nigerian law or the law that applies to you;
• solicit dangerous, sexual or exploitative content, or content involving minors;
• attempt to extract, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the service;
• overload, probe or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.

Mama refuses partisan political campaigning, ethnic ranking and divisive content by design. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

For signed-in members, the platform stores a short memory of recent exchanges so that Mama can continue a conversation naturally. Guests are not stored. Members can review or delete their history, and deleting your account deletes your stored conversations.

Please do not share passwords, bank details, national identity numbers or other highly sensitive personal data in a conversation.

Voice input is transcribed to text to be answered, and answers may be read aloud with a synthetic voice. Audio is processed to deliver the reply and is not used to build a voice profile of you.

The platform’s name, design, code, illustrations and editorial content belong to Goldenseal OÜ or its licensors. You keep the rights to the questions you write; you grant us the limited right to process them in order to deliver and improve the service.

You may use the AI’s answers freely for personal, educational and professional purposes, at your own risk and responsibility.

The service is free during the launch phase. It is provided “as is”, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be withdrawn. If paid options are introduced later, they will be announced clearly and in advance.

To the extent permitted by law, Goldenseal OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or decisions taken on the basis of an AI answer. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections available to users in Nigeria.
